1. Payment
Payment is taken upfront, in USD, through PayPal. no refunds. you will get the piece you paid for, and i will keep the money i was paid.

 

2. Time
I don't work with deadlines. The time it takes to finish a piece varies greatly depending on how big the piece is, how many i'm working on and also my personal life business. On average, art may take anywhere in between 2 weeks to 2 months be completed. You may send me a message anytime to ask me on how progress is going.

 

3. Alterations
If you want something to look a specific way, tell me beforehand. And provide me reference for that! Visual reference is best, but written descriptions work too.

If you happen to want any alterations during the piece's development, I can do minor alterations for free, but major alterations (such as: pose, largely altering a limb's positioning, drastic changes to an outfit, redrawing or adding new parts that were not specified earlier) will be charged.

I will always do my best to cling tightly to your specifications, so be sure to include all you want in it, as to not have me going back for alterations later.

 

4. Other
I reserve the right to use the art I produce in any way I want; such as, for example, posting it on social media and showing it as an example on my website. You're also free to use the artwork you've paid for wherever and however you'd like, as long as you:

Never deliberately strike, hide, blur or alter my signature.

Never use my art as NFTs or in the training of AI algorithms.

Never use my artwork as means to propagate discrimination, racism, homophobia, ableism or any other sort of attitude I oppose.

Never trace or copy without my permission as a means to evade including my signature and/or to claim my work as your own.

You may make your own edits and alterations to the artwork, as long as you don't modify, or remove my signature in any way.

I reserve myself the right to refuse any request i do not desire to draw. Don't insist.

 

5. Payment Plans
Trusted buyers have the option for payment plans! They can extend up to three months max and are only avaliable to drawings above 100$.
